This is an 6 week competition we shall begin June 16th and end July 28th! Entry fee is $25.00. Email me your beginning weight, a picture of your feet on a scale evehr1@hotmail.com or text it to me at
801-680-1220. I will show it to NO ONE. Must be sent to me ON June 16th
no SOONER or LATER! And don't be embarrassed, when I started 2 1/2 years ago I am sure I out weighed you all !!! After you have paid and sent me your pic
you are IN! Payments must be received no later than June 16th. I will
email you an invite to the blog you will need to check your email and
click on the link it gives you. Then you will be a author for the blog.
Once you are, please post a little intro about yourself with a picture.
It doesn't need to be a before one, just one you like.Weigh in days will
be every FRIDAY. YOU MUST POST TO THE BLOG HOW
MANY POUNDS YOU HAVE LOST BY FRIDAY OR YOU
WILL NOT QUALIFY TO WIN 1ST prize. The reason for this is to make sure
you are checking in and so that people can see each others progress. A
picture of your feet on the scale will ONLY be necessary at the first of
the competition and on the last weigh in day!! PLEASE POST recipes,
struggles, ANYTHING, just share! It makes it more fun and keeps the
momentum going!
Rules
1.ON WEIGH IN DAYS PLEASE
weigh in at the same time of day each time, in the same clothing, or in
the buff if you choose. Just make sure you are consecutive.
2.BE
HONEST. This is about getting healthy & it won't be beneficial to
yourself or anyone if you are not, in cheating you would just be
cheating yourself!( and all of us)
3.YOU MUST POST WEEKLY to the
BLOG. OTHER than your weekly loss on weigh in days!! If you don't you
cannot qualify to win 1st or second prize! Anything, just a little post,
even if it is just a HI!
3.If you do not check in on weigh in days by posting your loss for the week you cannot win 1st or 2nd prize.
4.Payment must be received no later than Friday June 19th. And scale pics as well Friday June 19th!
6.THIS
IS ABOUT BEING HEALTHY. Find out how many calories you should be having
and STICK to them. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. I would suggest NO
WHITES,(obvious sugars, white flour) I would also suggest giving up
soda.Drink WATER, and lots of it! Exercise daily, even if it is just 15
minutes a day! It makes you happy (once it is over). These are
only friendly suggestions. I am TOTALLY addicted to DIET COKE RIGHT NOW,
and I know I lost weight and felt better when I gave it up! ALL THINGS
IN MODERATION, EVEN EXERCISE!!! Not everyone has time to exercise 2
hours a day!!
Other than that FIND what works for YOU! We are all
different, and lose weight differently. Just promise me you will be
healthy, so that it will be easier for you to maintain a healthy
lifestyle!!
