I think pretty much everyone knows me since I'm a repeat-
Anyway, for me, I know what I need to do, I just need to do it. I actually eat very healthy minus my sodas. I just need to kick the soda habit and start exercising. It helps me to know that other people are trying to kick the sodas too, so let me know what works for you - I'll need it!

I love ya Natasha, we share the same love of the bubbly! But I can attest to its evilness. When I did give it up for a year, it was the year of my greatest weight loss! but I am back on it and want to give it up so badly! This is going to be are most successful around yet, I can feel it!
