Put the scale away!!


I have learned(even though I continually weigh myself NOT on weigh in days) that it is better to ONLY weigh ONCE a week! This cuts out the drama of water weight, seeing the scale go up and down, and usually if I only weigh once a week on weeks I have eaten right, and exercised daily I am pretty much guaranteed to see a loss on the scale. However if I weigh mid-week I am likely to see some fluctuation, which is normal, but also causes frustration. And I know what frustration leads to for me....the notion that I want to give up, that it isn't working, when indeed it is!!!! KEEP POSITIVE by only weighing yourself on weigh in days!!!!!!
