I havenot really here this past week... between a baptism prep, a daughter involved with stadium of fire  & all my sweet family arriving into town this week. I have not even been on the blog or posted anything! Sorry friends I will make up for I promise.  I have no clue if I am up or down as I was in Provo this am at the stadium bright & early with no scale.. its been about 6 trips back & forth the last few days! Yikes! I have tried to drink my water & make some better eating choices between it all. Hats off to all of you for doing well! Luv ya all!
