I lost 1.5 pounds this week! I'm down 6.5 from my original weigh-in. There's only a few weeks left so I guess I'd better rethink my goal weight for this diet. I'd really like to drop another 23.5 pounds before the end, but that doesn't seem like a reasonable amount of weight to lose in the next few weeks. Maybe if I exercise EVERY day? What do y'all think?
I think 6.5 pounds is fantastic! You're doing great--when you lose the weight slow and steady, you're more likely to keep it off. This competition is a great jump start to healthier habits and to get us on the right track!
