My nemesis (besides diet coke and no exercise and eating at bedtime...) is munching on whatever my kids are munching on. That means McDs fries, baking cookies, candy aisle runs for licorice pull n peels, gas station treats, cinnamon rolls for breakfast, shakes or snow cones after the pool... Just pure junk food! And I LOVE it! The kids are out of school so everyday treats become a big part of our day, something special and fun, something to look forward to, something easy and convenient, oh my!
So I'm struggling BIG TIME with this right now. I kinda can't wait for school to start so I can better control what options I give myself to eat. When faced with temptation I lose! I simply don't have the mind over matter willpower. Or haven't found it yet. So I guess I shouldn't buy it, and there is where my control will lay. Ahhhhhh dang munchies and munchkins with munchies!!
